A few from my walk with the new camera (Pentax K110D) tonight after work. These have not been edited at all yet (still need to buy software :meh

The second one has potential. Very nice composition and DoF, but it's a shame that the sky was so blown-out! Just a little blue tone in the sky, or maybe even gray, could make that photo exceptional.
I don't have a "proper" photo editing software yet either (although I'll be getting PhotoShop very soon), but meanwhile I use Paint.Net. It's not nearly as nice as photoshop, but it's free, downloadable, fairly easy to use, and very helpful.
Anyways, good luck with your new Pentax K100D! I envy you.

Isn't new equipment fun!?!
I like the little white flowers especially. Also, just wanted to let you know that for most of my basic editing I use Picasa... it's free online from Google, and really covers most of the basic fixes.
