    that second one is impressive! i'd just try to make the background a bit darker so the bug stands out more, it's all a bit too bright now.

    i like the way he hangs from that thing. actually i got poked in the eye pretty hard with one of those plants and got an inflammed iris which needed medical attention! nice capture.

    Nicely done.
    Looks to me like the lighting in the first is just about right. I also like the fact that the entire subject is in focus in the first.
    Good job.
