Were you going for a "darker" look?

If not it seems slightly underexposed.

Other than maybe that I like it.

Yes, that is fog. And it is a bit underexposed, was trying keep the sky from blow out and losing the detail. I did lighten right forground with a levels adjustment layer, but i was afraid to more edit because it was starting look over/poorly edit IMO
