Does this photo look a gray? I was wondering if anyone could tell me how I could get it to be more white? What did I do wrong and is there anyway to fix it in PS? Help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Fixed the color cast and adjusted some in the Levels. Not hard at all.
