Hotspots in the background don't really bother me. The fill flash seems a touch on the bold side to me though.

But I love the chemistry you've caught, lovely!!

I think I would wish to see some closer crop to bring us nearer to this mother-baby-communication for - like Robert is saying - the chemistry you managed to capture here is really nice. Maybe a crop right at her knee and a bit in from the right to minimize the amount of glittering background might help?

What LaFoto said. I think this one needs closer, and maybe a bit higher. Almost an overhead shot. Still nice though.
