A new compact digital cam!!!!Nikon L110??

after a good amount of research with googling n all , i have almost fixed on buying the Nikon Coolpix L110 !!:no smile:

What do u guys think of it??hows its image and video quality ??Any one got experience with it??any cons:??

Is there any "better" competitor to L110 at a price near to this one???
Priority is :Image quality ,HD video quality & optical zooom
