Believe it or not...I didnt crop! All I did was adjust the levels a little and clone a couple tiny flakes of skin off the baby, and I put it through Neatimage

You cropped in-camera.
It's a wonderful shot.
I don't know if it's an improvement or not, but something to think about is an 8x10 crop by taking off some of the right hand side.
