a pretty large spider

    went out to shoot a waterfall earlier and this little booger was on a rock, and scared the jeepers outta me!! shot with no macro (really need to get one for stuff like this) C+C are welcome

    I hate spiders, but I always go in for a closer look. I would have zoomed out just a tad, and used a smaller aperture to sharpen up the legs in the back and front of the body, but I have not taken any good spider pics yet. Hope this helps. Did you stomp on it afterwards?

    haha nah i didnt stomp it! i figured it gave me some good shots i would let it live! but i appreciate the tips
