A robin posed for me

    I don't usually photograph birds, but this robin posed for me long enough to take a hand-held shot!

    What kind of lens crawdaddio? In the accompanying written piece I say the shot is taken with a zoom at 300mm. That's because I convert all digital focal lengths into 35mm equivalents for portability's sake. It was the Zuiko 40-150mm on an Olympus E300.

    Nice shot Tony, great colours.. Beware, a Mod migh move this into the nature gallery. My suggestion would be to tighten up the vertical crop, and tighten the left side closer to the tail, as it seems a little too centered, imo.

    Nice shot but a robin over here doesn't look anything like this bird. It looks closer to a wren or chickadee (diferent colour of course)--lenny
