Nice shot, but I think the cropping could be tighter to take out some of the background junk.

I agree with Didereaux. You might want to consider using an f-stop that will yield OOF background. As it stands, the background here is a bit distracting, particularly the guy in blue jeans on the right. The flower is very nice though.
