I like the second one the best. The first one looks cold and almost blueish. The second one has just enough yellow/brown to warm it up, but not enough to seem like it is covering something up. The fact that yours doesn't have so much contrast makes the left side of her face seem less blown out.
But still, I don't know whether I like yours better because of that, or the harder edge to my original one. The higher contrast seems to make it a little sharper.
Did you save the original as TIFF before editing?
