Yup, though I'm not sure it was converted. Interesting photo, though would have preferred not cropping off part of the implement.

Yep, the remains of a horse-drawn sickle-bar hay mower. Lots of good parts there by the look of it. I think a slightly wider perspective and slightly less saturation might have made this a stronger image.

You are all correct that this is not a "tractor" it was a hay mower. The brand of the mower is "Case"
