Im fairly new to photography on film but am looking to light part of a scene with fluorescent lights. The thing is though I want to have that white/sickly green tint. I think that they can oftentimes be really beautiful but are usually dismissed. Anyways I want to achieve an effect in the same vein as a lot of Robby Muller's work (cinematographer for Paris Texas, The American Friend). Ill be shooting film, most likely fuji superia x-tra 400. I was wondering what kind of fluorescent I should choose for this and also if i should have a longer or shorter exposure time. thanks in advance
