Adobe Lightroom (Manage Folders)

Anyone else using this software? How do you like it? Does anyone know how to make it watch a folder? I saw the option there when I was importing and copying to a new folder but if I have it use a folder already on my hard drive with photos in it and I don't have it copy the photos I don't see that option. Basically is there a place where I can manage which folders are being watched?

Lightroom is fantastic software for the exception of the new Channel Mixer.

I don't know about the folder watching thing as I don't usually add to existing folders from a particular day or shoot.
