adopt?

Is there a way to start an adopt a wana-be photographer program?
Have a great photographer who is willing to be patient with a noob and help critique their work. Mostly through mabey emailing and private messaging?? Sometimes I feel like I am not getting the critiquing I need to get better (except with the whole contrast thing which I am working on).

I dunno... its an idea. Thanks for reading.
