No longer a newbie, moving up!
I ordered a bunch of stuff from their website on Dec22. Come January 16 still no product and the credit card had not yet been debited. I called their 1-800 number and spoke to a pleasant enough lady. After she verified my order confirmation number she informed me that the order had not been shipped because one of the items was on back order. I instructed her to ship the order anyway and ship the other item when they had one. Next morning the UPS man was at the house - he didn't leave the box because UPS wanted a $28 check for brokerage. This is less than 24 hours to get a delivery from New York to Calgary - way to go Adorama. They must have found the missing item before shipping because it too was in the box.
