JG Coleman is right... a very basic CPL is better than no CPL when you're on a budget. The "Spend a fortune or not at all" is not realistic for a LOT of people. A basic CPL will do 80% of what the $150 ones do... it's just to get that extra 20%, it will indeed cost.
