I don't know a truck-load of facts about cameras. But I do know that all 3 are great entry level cameras, or so I've heard. Also the D50 is in fact better than the D70s as many people have said. Personally, I'm aiming for a D50 myself. As for the Rebel XT, I know nothing about that. I hope this helped, maybe a little bit.
