A little self crit: I wish they were more prepared in the sense of having a bigger logo/sign for their compaign, and had a bit more serious expression to go along with a serious issue.

if you can reshoot.
User shorter focal length, get as close to the 'sign' as possible. Focus critically on the sign and let the shadows and faces fall where they may. Maybe each girl puts her hand over her mouth. The message is the important part.

if you can't

Maybe an interesting place to selectively decolor everything but the sign and oversat the sign.
Maybe heavily vignette the image.
Maybe put a black bar over their mouthes.
Carry the concept that the message is the most important thing. not looks personality, etc.
