i have no opinion ... it is disturbing in a way ... probably due to the strong contrast with the black background.

I love it.

Interested in finding our more about that oddity I did a google search and came up with this. If anyone is interested the prep for this dish may be more disturbing that the image itself.

As a side note, I would eat it. It's only a clam.

I selected "I like it" because you stated "as an image" in the poll title... and I do find it well executed and interesting. With no background, the clams may look like aliens, green eyed aliens.

BTW, clam is served alive in some parts of Mexico... yep, twisting and turning. You add lemon to kill it in your own plate and then gulp it down.

I trid it once and barfed the whole night.

Mmmm live clam, that sounds really good actually. Especially if it's iced first. At room temperature it doesn't sound too good though.
