Whaddya think? I'd like to accentuate the shadows/highlight contrast a bit more. It'd be easy in a darkroom, but I'm not sure how to tackle it in PS.

You could try a new brightness/contrast layer. You could also try burning and dodging the highlights/shadows.

I would leave the contrast alone and just print maybe 2-3 seconds darker. This is a great image, reminds me of Orson Welles in 'The Third Man'. The lamps are wonderful, especially the one bent to the side. I think if it were a little darker it would enhance the mysterious feel.

nice capture! burning the blown areas in PS would be a start. IMHO, i would not add any further brightness or contrast to this image.
