You have many nice shots here although some more look like "snap shots" with no real purpose. It will be easier for other to crtique if you number you shots btw.

with the third last one (kid with lights out of eyes) did you use a flash? if not than you can. use the flash to make a crisp background image them with the exposure continuing (long shutter time coupled with flash) do your light painting. that way your subject and your painter don't go blury.
