    wow, ants move REALLY damn fast! haha

    he finally stood still after about 20 pictures and i managed to get this one. i'm really happy with how it came out (i had to do some cropping to get a closer view, but oh well) :)

    thanks! i was just walking out of the house and saw the little dude running around so i grabbed the camera and got down on the ground (he's on the door mat in the picture).

    now that i got a good ant picture like i've wanted to try and get, my next goal is to get a really nice bird in flight shot! that'll take a while :)

    Excellent!!! I immediately get a sense of being in the grass as well. Seems like a big ant. The critters around here are barely half an inch.

    this one was pretty small too, i'd say 1/2 an inch or maybe even a little smaller than that

    Man! that just makes the photo that much more interesting. I thought he was at least an inch or bigger.
