An attempt at combining two pictures

Now, don't laugh at my photoshop skills. They are not the best and I am still learning. This is a part of a project I'm working on and sort of a self-portrait.

If you wouldn't have told me it was two pictures, I might have thought they were twins! I can't see where its edited, so good postprocessing!

"I am deaf" The first sign is "I." The second is "deaf." Most people automatically fill in the "am" part. I am hearing impaired with 85% loss in both ears.

Thanks! It went over well in class tonight as well. I have another one I did but can't upload .tif and PS won't let me save it as .jpg. I need to try again. Knowing me, I probably clicked the wrong button and it said "WRONG!"
