I'm especially wanting to know with the first one if the branch should
be cropped out and if the exposure works, or is too dark.
On the other three I'm really up for any suggestions for improvement

As you ask in your post for criticism, I tell you my suggestion, based on my taste only

1st one: B&W is not so good, lack of contrast, too much grey, composition is not balanced, left part wall & light/ right part nothing

the 3 other one, I don't like too much the perspective, composition is also not really atractive, I don't know what to look at

I'm inclined to agree with you on the first being too grey. It feels a bit off balance to me too, but there's still something there that I like.
As for the third, it's cropped from the original, but I didn't care for the framing two trees gave it...
