    I really like the one of Mom, but agree a little more DOF might improve it. The pose in #2 is very sweet. Overall the images appears a bit underexposed and the tones are pretty flat. Did you covert these to b/w? What kind of lighting did you have to work with?

    converted, yes. d70s. lighting was from an incandescent chandielier (sp?) above.
    tones could probably use more saturation or contrast, i guess, but i think they turned out alright.

    I think they all could use a boost in contrast.
