Andros Island

There is a little known U.S. Navy base on Andros Island, Bahamas. The underwater topography is unique for the east coast because of it's incredible depth a short distance from shore, called the "Tongue of the Ocean" or TOTO. It is a beautiful place that I had the pleasure of visiting. These are from different parts of the island:

These are all unedited for color, (I straightened the horizon on #2). It seems every time I modify contrast/exposure/saturation/etc, the photos look fake or unrealistic when they print...maybe I need to calibrate my monitor.

You're right the first one does make me dizzy ...

Like the colours in the second though ... wish we either saw a little more or a little less sky .. seems almost too close to centred. If that makes sense.

Great sky in the third ... no shame in including the self portrait!
