Go to the barn and ride my horses. They love me unconditionally even when I'm angry, bitchy or stressed and all they want in return is a couple of carrots. Either that or drive my hotrod really fast and hard!

kinda makes me wish i was a horse.

I wonder if my saddle would fit.... :lmao:

actually, i prefer to be ridden bare-back. spurs are ok, but i get to wield the riding crop.

Oh no - the crop is all mine! :eyebrows: And I keep my spurs hanging from my rear view mirror so they are always handy. ;)

ah, the fodder you have given my imagination...

gotta be a trough around here somewhere that can hold the grains of this story.

You're supposed to release anger? That must be my problem

How do you release your anger?
Beating up mimes is always fun. Is it still in style?

For real though, it's mountain bikes for me. Just ride harder. In the infamous words of Elle Woods "Exersize gives you endorphines. Edorphines make you happy. Happy people just don't kill people."

I usually turn to exercise to beat stress, and love my mountain bike over going to the gym, any day. But if I'm angry, that usually means I've been so worn down, I usually end up boo-hooing. Then I sleep.

i like sticking my wet fingers into the socket - very electrifying...

just kidding...a good book and lots of  work for me!

Course...the boyfriend can usually help 'relieve the tension'...as long as it's not him I'm mad at!!!

....through a nice soothing massage! What were you thinking?
