Thanks guys! @ jeffashman ..... same here. Sometimes when I'm looking for birds and can't find them, I forget all about the landscape around me and how it would make for a nice pic. Then I kick myself for not carrying my wide lens with me. I don't like carrying a lot of gear so maybe I'll just get a small fanny pack for it.

While my Tamron 18-400 is in the shop, I'm carrying a 10-24mm and a 17-50mm in a small bag, with the 150-600mm on the camera for the birds. I figure they move faster than the landscape, except in the case of a gorgeous sunset.
