Nice shot, nice pose. To me the crop is just a little too tight, though.

The lighting is so flat! I feel like I want to see smoke in the air, with a very strong Rembrandt lighting on both the male and female subject to bring me back to film noir (as they apparently came from )

I love the pose, a little tight for my taste however. Nicely done
