Very cute! It might just be me but it looks like you might have just missed the focus on her eyes. I think her nose looks nice and sharp and her eyes and mouth are ever so slightly out of focus. Are you using the 50mm wide open at f/1.8? Don't be afraid to use a higher ISO so that you can bump that up to around f/4 maybe. That way the focal range is a little larger and you don't miss the focus just by breathing.

Higher ISA, smaller f stop, greater DOF.
