Another run at the Long Tails

    this first one is from my last visit to these ducks, and the rest are from today.. these ducks are so fast, it is very hard to keep up with them... good test for your camera equipment and focus settings.

    Wonderful! I love #s 3 and 7 especially, because the whole wingspan is displayed.

    Good work. Must have taken some patience and a good deal of skill.

    For me the best is a toss up between 4 and 6. Bird 6 is a nicer looking bird. Picture 4 is a more appealing picture overall but I don't know why. I just know that if I were to hang one on my wall it would be number 4.

    Nice line on #6, I don't know, I just like the curve..

    6 looks like nose up for the landing. Very nice shots.

    thanks everyone., I was out to see these birds again yesterday, and was fortunate enought to catch a few shots of them., more editing waiting!

    now they are beautiful ducks and they are beautiful photos!
    just have to love #1 I mean its just perfect
    also like #7 just because, for some odd reason, it reminds me of formation flying at an airshow
