Another Try at a Piano Shot C&C

Ok, I've been trying to get an interesting piano photo for a while and I was able to get this one yesterday. My youngest brother was playing on our keyboard and I managed to grab this shot. What do you think about it?

Aperture - f/5.6
Focal Length - 55mm
ISO - 400
Flash was not used
Handheld
Lens - Canon 18-55mm IS
Camera - Canon Rebel XSi

Nice shot...wish the lighting was better. Did you try some from different points of view (higher, lower, from the side, etc...)?

No, I didn't have time. He banged on the keyboard twice and I was only able to get two shots. This was the best out of both shots as the other one was blurry.

I dunno. Maybe it's just me but his hand looks kinda freaky in there

Its a simple shot that has a lot to show...great work....I know how hard it is to photograph busy subjects...you gotta be there or you lose out...great job...I don't know about the lighting suggestion...I think it looks good the way it is
