    Of course, no visit to the zoo would be complete without visiting the Penguins!

    1. Molting African Blackfooted penguin

    4. Heron hanging around the penguin pond. I liked how its shadow appeared onthe cement.

    5. Lostprophet wielding 'the big lens'. It certainly drew a lot of attention from people whenever he used it.

    Hmm... Eos XTi with a 100-400? Lets see how good my canon knowlage is. ( i shoot nikon ) :)

    Not a XTi, they have pop up flashes, and this one doesn't. I am pretty sure it is an EOS-1 series. :)

    I love the rockhoppers! They are my favorite!

    well the Heron is nice :lol: ;-)

    well if nothing else those Rockhoppers are funny

    #1 is great, love the DoF, must be a nice lens you have

    not sure about the ugly git in the last shot though

    Is that the 'big lens', or the 'ginormous lens' in that shot?

    that be the bloody big lens :lol: if you look at the lens hood you can see the bolt sticking up that holds it in place

    nice shots! I get the same thing when people see me and my lens.. drives me nuts.
