Ok the HIE film has hit it's demise, and this morning I was informed that Ilford SFX 35mm has been discontinued by a local store which used to carry it. It's still available in 120 though.

So what is left? I mean... they can't stop producing them all can they?

I believe SFX 35mm has just been discontinued at your local store. Here in the UK, it's easy enough to get it online. Alternatively look at Rollei IR820C INFRA-RED film.

Here's what Freestyle sell in 35 mm:

Efke 820C

Rollei IR 400

as well as SFX 200.

The Efke is slow, but is sensitized further into the IR than the faster Rollei.

Good luck,
Helen
