Any Kodak Portra Fans?

    I absolutely LOVE Kodak Portra 160vc.
    Anyone ever tried NC or other ISOs?
    I'd love to see some samples.

    so are these prints you scanned into the computer??

    I have NO experience with film...but these have wonderful colors!

    Ok, so these rule as far as I'm concerned. Colors, composition, etc......... you nailed it. These are some of the best images I've seen here, period.

    Dscience mentioned these being "film" shots, and if indeed they are, then this is why film shall, nor should never die.

    Film or not, I envy these indeed. Good work.

    Yes! Wide angle is my favorite. It's pretty much all i shoot. These were all shot with Canon 20mm f/2.8 and the Canon Elan 7. I scanned them straight from the negatives at a Ritz Camera.

    This is a great camera and lens combination. I love it. It's limiting in that it's a fixed lense, but you get a nice sharp image.
