It is a filter I have, i think it is one of my Eye Candy filters.

there are brushes out there you can just stamp lighting into a shot wherever you want to as well, lots of ways to do lightning.

Yes. When Mommy sent in her version, no one could come up with any newer one, hers is just EVER so perfect! And so wonderfully dark and eerie!!! Whoa :shock:
