I was wondering if anyone here used Corel PHOTO-PAINT.
The reason I ask is, I first used it back in the early 90s, and I use use it today. It compares well with PS, it's cheaper, and you get another fantastic full-scale drawing program with it too.
I use it on all my photos and and create all my website graphics in CorelDRAW and import them into PHOTO-PAINT. It's a very flexible work method, and tips and hints for P-P wouldn't go amiss.
