    Hi all

I'm finally upgrading to a digital camera. I'm down to either the d80 or d200. The d200 is only ~170 more on adorama, but it's a refurb. Does anyone have experience with refurbished digital nikons?

    Thanks

btw, I'm not sure if this is the right place to be asking, so admins, move if necessary

I have never bought a refurbished camera myself but, I have bought other refurbished electronics and, anymore that is what a Dslr is. Knowing Adorama they would not sell junk, they like their reputation too much. What you need to consider is what the warranty is like. I bought a stereo system that was refurbished that had a year warranty on it.

I tend to steer clear of refurbished digital. You never know what sort of problems they had or still have. Make sure you get a good warranty with it.
