Anyone Watching the Ken Burns Documentary on Vietnam?

One Vietnamese man said something very enlightening. He said " When the Americans came to the cities, they looked at everyone as a friend. When the Americans went into the country, they looked at everyone as an enemy because the Viet Cong had no uniforms. When they killed the right man, they only got one replacement. When they killed the wrong man, they got 10. They mostly killed the wrong men. How could they win?".
