Anything exciting coming up?

A friend and I are going to a spring festival tomorrow. And, with any luck, we'll stop at the casino on the way back so I can win my rent money.

Nah, just plain old Boo to baseball all together! :D

The Pittsburgh Penguins are sitting 1 point behind Montreal overall and has a 4 point lead on the divisional 2nd place NJ Devils. They have a playoff spot clinched.

Sydney was back on the ice Thursday night, but didn't produce any points. Ruutu on the other hand, is currently tearing up the ice with a 3 point night including a beautiful shorthanded breakaway wrap-around goal for the game winner. Unfortunately, Marion Hossa, who was injured in his first game (2nd maybe?) with the Penguins, was hit by a freight train, a megaton dump truck, and a tornado on Thursday night. He is once again, day to day on coming back out on the ice.

What isn't there to be excited about when the Penguins are playing like they are right now! We've hardly seen Crosby and Hossa play together since aquiring Hossa. I hope the "NHL Kids" learned something about playoff hockey with the thrashing they received last year by Ottawa. It's looking to be a very interesting playoff season.

Montreal Canadiens for the win. I am from Maine, so I can either root for Montreal, or for Boston, Boston being the more popular team. I miss Quebec to be honest. My brother went with the Aves when the Nordiques moved, but I just moved over to the Canadiens. And besides, I was pretty young when the Nordiques left. I miss a team in Quebec City.

Yeah...waiting for my birthday. The big 3.0. Eeeeek!

Your getting an upgrade!?!

Let me know how the transition from 2.0 to 3.0 is!
:er:

Yes i am being sarcastic. :greenpbl:

April 20th... The first Coffee Buzz (my coffee shop) photo tour. I will be taking people to the Vulture Mine near Wickenburg (AZ) for a day long photo shoot and the best pics will then be on display at the shop's gallery.

Ach well.
Only is the husband moving out today.
Nothing more exciting.

(And no, we are not fighting. He'll start in his new job tomorrow and the way is too long to commute mornings and nights, so he'll live nearer his new job during the week as of now).

By the way, DH is finding things quite, quite, QUITE exciting...
