Aperture range when using strobes

Hello.... is there an aperture range you typically stay within when shooting in your studio with strobes?

It depends on the depth of field that you are looking for. That being said, I've seen a lot of videos about lighting where they were looking for 1/200th at f/7.1 or f/8.

Studio rarely concerns with shallow dof. F8 to f9 for greatest detail

I'm normally between f/8 and f/16.

Yep. Goldilock's apertures - not to big, not to small.
