Well, since I feel very little motivated to take any new photos, I have the best opportunity to work my way through my still half unedited photos taken during our summer vacation in August (yes, I am still working on those!). OK, now I only have two days to work on left ... and yesterday I found this little series taken from on board the boat that we had chartered for a cruise on the lakes and rivers south west of Berlin: the boat was moored for the night in Potsdam and I saw that on that particular day dusk would bring us a Blue Hour, i.e. that wonderful occurrance when by and by all the reds and yellows somehow disappear from the scale of colours as the light fades and only some intense blue light remains. I got the view from the boat across that harbour bay: 1. 2. 3. 4. I have not "tweaked" colours here at all. I love when this phenomenon happens!
