    I was laid over in New York's JFK airport, trying to shoot this through double-paned glass with airport lights (inside, outside) washing everything out. I had my fast 200mm lens with me, but I know I could've done a lot better if I'd actually been in Boulder for this event with tripods and telescopes at my disposal. :(

    Cool -- I was so ticked that I didn't have my camera with me when I saw it.

    Hey, but you still did marvellously fine! Given the circumstance and all!!! Wow.
    I wish I'd ever had been offered the chance to even once SEE it with my eyes, but the clouds we've been getting of late (for days and days and almost weeks on end) aren't giving me any chance... So thanks for letting us see this constellation in your photo (at least).
