He definately has a fun expression!

I'm thinking you needed a bit more depth of field as the blurry feathers on his head on the black background are not flattering.
The focus also seems to be off just a tad, but its hard to tell on a small image like this. The fact that there is no real seperation from his head to his body, as they are all white and all blown out, makes his top half looks more like a mass of white with a beak.
