Hmmm... the focus is okay, it's just a very shallow DOF. The hopper is close enough in color to the background that he appears to be more OOF than he really is.

You might try cropping off some from the top & right side to take Mr. Hopper out of the center of the frame.

As usual, my opinion is worth exactly what you paid for it.
