Here's a couple of photos of the Aussie Blackhawk helicopters that are operating in East Timor along side the Royal New Zealand Air Force Iroquois Helicopters as part of the International Stabilisation Force in Dili.

Hey Trev, very nice. Always loved the Black Hawk, any chance you can post the full image of number 2? Would love to use it as wallpaper on my laptop if thats ok?

Glad you liked the photo.
We dont have the Aussies visiting us much at the moment, mainly because they are broken down most of the time. :)

Nice pics :)

I have a weird question here on them - does one rotar blade stay still (maybe its the way it comes out in the pics?) cause can see movement on one ony of the 2?

Miaow
There are 4 main rotor blades on a blackhawk (the same tail) and they are all spinning.
I guess the position of the blades when the photo was captured acentuates the movement of two of the blades and neutralises the movement of the other two.
