backfocus test

I know I did not do the test just right and plan on taking it once more but tell be what you think. I have asked this on other forums and but I have always trusted The Photo Forum for all my questions.

spot 1/160 f2.8 28mm 100w light no more then 5 feet away

Can you provide a full crop of the area around the focus point?

Hrmm.. it could be. Hard to tell with all the jpeg artifacts.. but 10mm back definately looks sharper than the arrows.

I am sending it back and getting a new one. you can tell better by looking www.pbase.com/jason_lake most of the shots are from the d70.
