Backlight - Green Dreams

I was hiking in the high country of Olympic National Park just a month ago, when the sun was still warm. The scenery was pristine, and after 8 days of not seeing anyone, I made camp by an alpine lake in a fabulous cirque.

The late afternoon sun backlighted the little hemlock and the mosses on the rocky shore, so I used the beautiful greens of the water to back it up.
