Bad cropping?

What do you think of the shot and the cropping on the head. That's the original shot with no work, so unfortunetly I can't add more top space. General comments and critique.

With that situation I think maybe cropping it down to just above the guy in the background's head would be better. And crop just a 1/2 inch or so off the right. The perspective looks pretty cool that way - to me anyway.

my oppinion is crop it just at the tip of the girl's nose and it should do the trick. or leave the nose and just cut above. thus you make her more anonymous, adds a little mystery without looking like it's incomplete.
